Remove tcl and twm entries
tcl is actually necessary for building sqlite, and contains hfsprogs, which is useful. Twm apparently doesn't seem to need those fonts after all, my install must've been fucky. It's a nice window manager for quick & simple things, so I'm keeping it around.
